Learn touch typing online by using a cool software interface that makes learning how to type fun and easy. You will have the ability to get instant feedback on your accuracy and speed and work on your problem keys as needed.   Your practice typing also will include games and a practice library.

By getting up to speed on your touch typing, you will be preparing yourself for taking our Creating Professional Business Documents course starting in January, 2019.  It’s important that you learn how to type properly before you can learn any of the computer application programs like Word, Google Docs or PowerPoint.  According to edutyping.com, not doing so would be like trying to teach a student poetry when they don’t even know how to hold a pen correctly.

Our typing course is 100% online so you have the ability to complete your touch typing lessons at home and at your own pace.  All the lessons are organized in an easy-to-follow, sequential manner. The software is designed so that you can learn and master each new set of keys by following a “drill and practice” format.  You can also view your progress and timed tests in real time.

This self paced open entry course is for you if you want to learn touch-typing online or improve your existing typing skills. The course is completely online and you only need access to the Internet using a major browser.  Students who successfully complete this course will learn how to touch-type quickly and efficiently on a QWERTY keyboard.  View the complete Course Syllabus  here and register to get started right away.  The detailed course outline is also shown below:
