Welcome to the Office Skills Online Training
Officeskills.org offers resources and training in critical Office Skills needed to work in the office of the 21st century.
We are currently offering online courses in Basic Office Skills including General Receptionist Skills, Administrative Professional Skills, telephone etiquette and Customer Service Skills, Virtual Office Assistant, keyboarding, and other skills necessary in today’s workforce. Our courses are currently hosted in the Office Skills Collaborative Online Classroom. Most of our courses have an open entry/open exit policy which means that a student may enter or leave the course at any time if a space is available. A Certificate is awarded upon completion.
