If you’re looking for some free Microsoft Office 365 Tutorials, the free Microsoft online documentation center for all Microsoft Office Applications is a great resource especially if you don’t use a product yet but would like to find out more about it.
These courses are freely available and can be found alongside the hundreds of courses and videos in the Office 365 Training Center that covers all major Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, OneNote and even OneDrive. Training is available for all major releases on Windows, Mac, iphone and ipad. It’s also possible to get training for past versions of Office if so desired.

All these questions are answered in the Office 365 Basics video series Office 365 Basics video series that consists of over 112 short videos that covers everything from Intro to Office, Collaboration Tools, working with files and text and adding tables, charts and pictures to your documents.
In the Collaboration series, which alone consists of over 12 separate videos, you’ll learn how to save your files online, co-author office files and add and review comments. Switching online between desktop and viewing your files in split and multiple windows is also explored.
