pp-languageOfficeSkills.org has partnered with Phone Skills Trainer™ to offer a Phone Skills Training program that is designed to be both flexible and affordable.

These E-Learning courses are divided into 6 learning modules which can be purchased separately or as a complete library.  All the course modules are designed for busy adult learners and include 5 daily lessons, each lasting 15-25 minutes.  The daily lessons provide many examples of each skill with the opportunity for reinforcement through-out the course, as well as demonstrations of skills in action and how to apply these skills on the job.

The Phone Skills Trainer™ modules provide a comprehensive resource to help you easily and cost-effectively train a single telephone representative or even thousands.

The Phone Skills Trainer™ core library consists of the following 6 modules:

  • Essential Telephone Etiquette – This course module focuses on the most important and fundamental telephone skills for every service professional.
  • Positive and Productive Language – This course module focuses on helping customer service professionals improve the quality of their communications with customers, specifically the words and phrases they use along with their customer-friendly tone of voice.
  • Service Oriented Attitude – This course module focuses on helping service professionals develop true passion and enthusiasm for helping customers.
  • Handling Complaints – This course module focuses on helping service professionals deal with complaining or dissatisfied customers.
  • Solving Problems – This course module focuses on helping service professionals work with customers to solve problems, from simple to complex.
  • Energy and Stamina – This course module focuses on helping service professionals develop the habits and attitudes needed to maximize energy and boost productivity.

E-Learning Modules are priced “per participant” while the DvDs may be used for multiple participants.

  • $112.50 per participant, for the complete library of 6 e-learning module or complete DVD Library for $445.00
