Creating and Delivering a Presentation
Class Objectives:
Students will have mastered the material in this project when they can:
- Start and customize PowerPoint
- Describe the PowerPoint window
- Select a design template
- Create a title slide and text slides with single- and multi-level bulleted lists using layouts
- Change the font size and font style
- Save a presentation
- End a slide show with a black slide
- View a presentation in slide show view
- Insert and move clip art and change its size
- Animate clip art
- Add an animation scheme and run an animated slide show
- Print a presentation as handouts
- Use the PowerPoint Help
Lecture/Demo
In class demo on how to Create a presentation in PowerPoint or view the following presentations:
- Create a Simple Presentation with Multi-Bullet Lists.
- Create a Simple Presentation with Clip Art and Animation
Lab/Hands On:
You will be working from PowerPoint Project 2 Chapter. Do the following exercises.
- Apply Knowledge 1.1
- In the Lab 1, 2 and 3
- Cases and Places 1 and 2
Homework:
- Finish Lab Assignments above.
- Create your final presentation to give to the class on the last day of class.
